Currently, he works at ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), the largest company in the UAE with over 50,000 employees. He has delivered leadership programmes in the UAE, the USA, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and the UK.

He has designed leadership interventions in tandem with INSEAD, Harvard, London Business School, Saïd Business School (University of Oxford), and other leading business schools worldwide. He has also worked with The National School of Government in the UK, Australia/New Zealand School of Government, Canadian School of Public Service, and Singapore Civil Service College.

He is highly qualified in the field of psychometrics.
