This was quite an unpopular career choice for Emiratis due to the perceived cultural and societal reservations about the industry. Her first assignment with the iconic “Burj Al Arab” Jumeirah hotel was a fascinating learning experience and her door to a world of glamour, endless discoveries, and astounding challenges which made her a well-known hotelier in the MENA region and an inspiring success story to many of her peers in the industry, especially UAE nationals.
